We are proud to present the completion of the modern AJU Poland Factory in Bytyń, built for the prestigious Korean company AJU. This project, managed by the general contractor Depenbrock Polska, was a unique challenge for us, and its spectacular outcome is the result of the highest-quality materials provided by ArcelorMittal Construction Polska and close collaboration between our teams, Depenbrock Polska, and AJU Poland.

Key Elements of the Project

The project utilized products that not only met high technical requirements but also ensured exceptional aesthetics:

Sandwich Panels: Promisol® 1003B and 2003BI
Profiles: Hacierco® 136/337 and 50/265
Organic Coatings: Interieur and Hairplus
Flashings: For uniform and harmonious facade finishing

Challenges and Innovative Solutions

One of the biggest challenges was creating a facade with a print that forms a cohesive, artistic image. Each sandwich panel had to be manufactured with a precisely aligned pattern to ensure that all elements seamlessly combined into a unified whole during on-site assembly.

The facade design consisted of numerous intricate shapes, curves, and gradient transitions, leaving virtually no margin for error. To meet this challenge, our technical, production planning, and manufacturing teams worked in perfect synchronization, while closely collaborating with the general contractor, Depenbrock Polska, and AJU Poland. This close cooperation was key to the success of the project and allowed us to achieve all its objectives.

Another demanding task was preparing the flashings to perfectly align with the facade design, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and uniform finish for the entire building.
